Returns Policy GJ Global Herbs does our best to have the correct product delivered to you as per your order. However, if you received an incomplete order or damaged product – please let us know through our customer care email address at care gjglobalherbs.com. We will do our best for prompt resolution. If we do not receive a call within 5 days of delivery – we cannot entertain such returns. Also in certain cases your requirement for a product may have changed after the product arrives. In such cases, even though the product is not defective, you may want to return such unopened products. In this case we may allow return of unopened products. We reserve the right to exclusively defend and control any claims arising from the above and any such indemnification matters, and you hereby agree to cooperate fully with us in asserting any available defenses.
